We R Food Safety! promotes Molly Linden to Senior Food Safety and Quality Consultant

U.S – We R Food Safety! (WRFS), the only provider of food safety software supported by a full-time, top-tier industry consulting staff, has announced the promotion of Molly Linden to Senior Food Safety and Quality (FS&Q) Consultant, effective immediately.

Linden previously served as a tier 1 Food Safety Consultant where she worked with clients on food safety assessments, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) plans, deviation reports, food safety system development or regulatory documentation.

As a Senior Consultant, Linden will report directly to the Company President and oversee the company’s FS&Q team, according to Quality Assurance & Food Safety Magazine. The Senior Consultant will train FS&Q Consultants, drive initiatives to keep WRFS on the cutting edge of tactics and strategies related to food safety and ensure that the FS&Q team exceeds its clients’ needs in the most effective manner possible.

Linden is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She has worked as a researcher and has extracted, amplified and sequenced DNA using next-generation whole-genome sequencing methods, and also performed molecular biological research on RNA picornaviruses, among other projects.

We R Food Safety! specializes in software development and consulting for the food industry and other businesses. It’s flagship software, Food Safe Pro! L3 is a software that eliminates paper records, duplication of effort, and allows manufacturers to focus on production.

It consists of three integrated interfaces, Command and Control Center (CAC), Tablet, and Desktop Forms, each working with the company’s SQL servers to create a state of the art, paperless record keeping and integrated food safety system. The company has made improvements to its flagship Food Safe Pro! software and has expanded its consulting capabilities.

In July 2021, WRFS released its new Food Safe Pro! (FSP) Product Monitor module. FSP Product Monitor gives processors the ability to view operations in real time and receive notifications when cooking or cooling jobs are completed or should a deviation occur within the process. Processors can check product temperatures from home or on the road with the remote access capabilities of FSP Product Monitor.
