U.S – Jack in the Box Inc., an American fast-food restaurant chain, has selected Jolt, the leader in digital food safety and operations execution software, to be their exclusive vendor for digital food safety solutions at all 2,200+ Jack in the Box locations.

From burgers to tacos to egg rolls, Jack in the Box features one of the largest and most distinctive menus in the quick-serve restaurant space.

“We evaluated several companies before selecting our next generation Digital Food Safety Platform, and ultimately decided on a partnership with Jolt. We were impressed by everything that the platform could do to help us monitor and maintain food safety and quality, which is critical to our commitment to our customers,” stated Jody Johnson, VP of Food Safety at Jack in the Box Inc.

With Jolt, Jack in the Box will cut down on the time it takes to do food safety checks, complete daily location checklists, and employee training. Jolt will be rolled out in all Jack in the Box locations this year.

“We are extremely proud to partner with Jack in the Box, one of the most iconic brands in the industry, by helping them make sure all locations and teams are doing the right thing at the right time, and in the right way when it comes to food safety.

“Ultimately, we want to give them the peace of mind that they are delivering on their commitment to their brand standards, customers and providing the best experience possible,” stated Jeff Pinc, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Jolt.

Jolt creates digital operations management solutions to help restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets build accountability, enhance food safety, and boost employee performance, with confidence.

Some of the digital food safety features real-time reports & notifications, daily food safety checklists, HACCP checklists, automated corrective actions and customizable inspection forms.

The company’s labeling helps food service providers to consistently deliver fresh food by auto-calculating labels for 100% accuracy.

The digital temperature logs also help to keep ingredients fresh by protecting your inventory with sensors that notify you when temperatures fall out of range.

ParTech Inc., a global restaurant technology company offering a unified commerce cloud platform, also teamed up with Jolt in January to integrate its operations management software with Brink POS.

Brink POS is a cloud-based restaurant management solution specifically designed for fast casual and quick service chains. Its users can employ Jolt’s solutions for team accountability, digital food safety, and employee performance while having to maintain just a single record for each employee.

The global Digital Food Safety Management market is rapidly gaining traction over the recent years and is expected to register robust revenue growth throughout the 2021-2028 forecast period, according to Reports and Data.

The research attributes the robust revenue growth to factors such as changing lifestyle, improvements in standard of living and rising health conscious populace.

Increasing demand for convenience, and ongoing coronavirus pandemic, rising presence for online shopping, and increasing inclination towards veganism and organic and basic food products are fueling global market growth.
