U.S – ETQ, a Quality Management System (QMS) provider, has announced that it has introduced additional features and capabilities to its recently launched cloud-native QMS, Reliance NXG.

Already in use by enterprise and mid-market customers across a wide variety of industry verticals, ETQ has outlined a Reliance NXG roadmap of new features and functionality that will be rolled out through the remainder of 2021 and 2022 as part of its continuous release cycle.

The company’s most recent update further extends Reliance NXG’s usability and flexibility. Users gain additional productivity features and administrators have access to enhanced configuration and security tools.

Key features being introduced, include expanded type-ahead for keyword selection fields for easier and more efficient data entry, dynamic scalability to handle peak usage and data as QMS and business needs evolve, and advanced caching for faster, smoother end-user responsiveness and QMS performance.

The platform will also have enhanced mobile app with push notification and deep linking to allow all QMS tasks to be performed remotely and efficiently

In April of this year, ETQ launched Reliance NXG, which it said is a fully cloud-native SaaS offering that aims to optimize quality processes, while reducing technology and business risk at the same time. ETQ said that Reliance NXG is a comprehensive and proven platform that builds on the QMS’s agility to deliver new levels of usability, flexibility, scalability and visibility.

Now, the company said, it is even easier for Reliance customers’ quality management systems to adapt quickly to the digital transformation agenda, the ever-changing needs of the business and supply chain disruptions.

“During the first half of an unprecedented year for everyone, we launched the industry’s most innovative, cloud-native QMS, and we’re already expanding on its functionality. And the fact that Reliance NXG is a natural progression of our already-market-leading Reliance product is great for both new and existing customers. They get the power of next-generation cloud capabilities married with a battle-hardened product serving the largest companies around the world.”
