U.S – Hygiena, a prominent leader in food safety solutions, has announced the official approval and publication of its innovative method for detecting Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM in Raw Meat Products.

The method, known as the “BAX System Real-Time PCR assay for E. coli O157:H7 Exact,” has earned a respected position in the Compendium of Analytical Methods, designated as MFLP-115.

The Compendium of Analytical Methods, soon featuring Hygena’s method in both of Canada’s official languages, is a crucial resource for the food industry.
