SPAIN – Dolmar Laboratory, a laboratory specialized in analytical services linked to the wine and beverage sector, has tied up with Tentamus Group, an international group of laboratories.

Dolmar currently has the widest scope of accreditation in the field of oenological analysis in Spain. It offers a wide range of accredited analytical services and technical advice to more than 2,000 wineries and other companies involved in the production of vinegars and other alcoholic beverages.

“Joining the Tentamus project is a great satisfaction for us and an important challenge for the whole team, giving us the opportunity to continue improving. We hope that by contributing our knowledge and experience in the oenology and beverage sector in general, we will contribute to the development and growth of the entire Group,” said Ana Otero, Manager, and Mariano Fernández, former Administrator and current Consultant of Laboratorio Dolmar.

Moreover, Dolmar has a tasting panel accredited by the national accreditation body in Spain, ENAC from where they offer a complete organoleptic and sensory analysis of wines.

With more than 14 years of business experience, Dolmar is both, a national and international reference in the wine sector, being authorized by the European Union (EU) and other countries such as Japan and Brazil to issue analytical and typicity certificates for product exports.

The laboratory also obtained an Official Control Laboratory for Organic Products for numerous products recognition, building on its high technical competence.

Dolmar is the 10th Tentamus laboratory in the Iberian Peninsula and its adhesion to the Group represents a growth opportunity for both corporations.

Tentamus offers a wide range of lab services to ensure quality and safety of products that ‘affect humans from the inside’ resulting in a clear focus on the most attractive segments of the TIC industry: food and pharma.

The combination of strong organic growth and a very focused mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy has enabled Tentamus to grow rapidly over the last 5 years.

Founded in 2012,  the company has since been developed to one of the leading global laboratory testing companies, operating more than 70 labs in 20 countries.

“Regardless of how large our group has grown we pride ourselves on providing tailored services to every one of our clients and we are honored by their fast-growing trust,” says Tentamus on their website.
